Is the VPS included?
Yes. A dedicated VPS is provisioned and maintained by uLiquid after license purchase.
Do you need withdrawal permissions on exchanges?
No. Trade-only API keys are sufficient.
Does uLiquid trade on DEXs?
No. DEX integrations are used as read-only price feeds.
Does the AI control my bots?
No. AI provides recommendations only and never executes trades.
How does licensing work?
Features and limits are enabled via the License Manager using feature flags tied to your plan.
Which exchanges are supported?
Current CEX integrations: Bitmart, Coinstore, Pionex, P2B, MEXC, BingX, XT, Binance, Bitget, Lbank, HTX, OKX, Bybit, Weex, Gate, KuCoin, Phemex, Bitfinex, CoinEx, BloFin.
How long does setup take?
After purchase, your VPS is provisioned automatically and credentials are sent by email.
What security controls are included?
Workspace RBAC, re-authentication for sensitive actions, optional email 2FA, and encrypted keys.
What happens if the runner stops?
Heartbeat monitoring detects outages and triggers alerts so operators can respond quickly.
Do you provide backups?
Yes. Automated backups support recovery of configuration and state.
Can I manage my subscription and VPS details?
Yes. Use the Customer Portal / License Manager at license-server.uliquid.vip.
Can I run multiple instances?
Yes. Instances are provisioned per license in the License Manager.
